Rent includes electricity bill, cleaning of toilet and shared rooms, toilet supply, ADSL bill, you get all this without any other expenses.

Renting rooms gives right to get 20% discount on Recording, Mastering and free membership to Musical Academy for Musical Courses. Discounts are transferable to third parties!
